Who is responsible

The person set out on our About page is the controller of this data. Write to contact@aroldofigueroa.online with any privacy question; a person replies.

How long we keep it

Your details are used to answer the enquiry and follow it up, nothing else. We keep enquiry records for 24 months, then delete them. Personal data is never sold or passed to data brokers.

Access, correction and deletion

Ask at contact@aroldofigueroa.online for a copy, a correction or a deletion of your data. We reply within 30 days and there is no fee.

Payment data

No card details, bank credentials or payment information are collected on this site. It has no payment form.

The data we hold

• Your name and email address, when you give them so that we can answer.
• The content of your enquiry, so the answer fits it.
• Ordinary server logs — IP address, browser, pages requested — kept for security.

Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to display the page. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies from our own pages.
